What can be more French than a Crepe Pan? Chasseur makes great sweet and savoury crepes as well as omelettes. Before using the rozell (wooden spatula), plunge it into a small bowl of water in order to keep it damp before spreading the mixture in the pan. Before cooking the crepes, set the pan in medium heat, butter it well, and grease several times before cooking the first crepe. This product is made in France. It provides all the benefits of cooking with cast-iron including compatibility with use of induction and other cook tops.
